Refund Policy

Pro payments

Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed period (currently 30 days) and does not auto-renew.

When we refund

If the service was unavailable for a significant part of your Pro period, we will refund or extend it pro rata.
Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded.

How to ask

Email [EMAIL] with your account email and PayPal transaction id. Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment, usually within [5–10] business days. PayPal buyer-protection rights are not affected.

Free plan & rewarded ads

The Free plan and bonus clips earned by watching ads have no cash value and are not refundable.
